Hormone Imbalance

I’ve currently started researching hormone imbalance. I took a short self-assessment online and found it interesting to know what type (actually….TYPES…ick!) of hormonal imbalance symptoms I have experience. I placed in group 4, AND in group 6.

Groups 4 is a combination of groups 1 and 3 which deal with Estrogen Dominance which may result in the following symptoms: PMS, anxiety, unexplained weight changes, bloating, heavy bleeding, breast tenderness, infertility, mood swings, etc.

Group 6 deals with Cortisol Deficiency, and its symptoms are debilitating fatigue, dry skin, brown spots on face, and intolerance to exercise.

I just finished watching a program on TV that stated that divorce is connected with Hormone Imbalance…very possible. Mood swings and irritated conditions can impact in a very negative way even the closest of relationships if not treated on time.

Hormone Imbalance is not just in women, but men too. Check out the site, and take a quick test. It will lead you to more informative literature.

I had one checked in 2,4,6. ???? Good check though. Now, I’m going to go back and check my husbands! 🙂

My Dad went suffered some symptoms of Andropause like loss of energy and motivation. Finally he made an appointment with a bioidentical hormone specialist to get his hormone levels checked. His specialized physician helped him understand the results and gave him bioidentical hormone replacement therapy options.

I just got my hormone levels tested and found out that I had a slight imbalance. My physician who is a bioidentical hormone specialist explained to me how important it is for all hormones to be balanced. Even a slight imbalance can cause havoc within the body.
